Emma Loizides

Emma creates oil paintings of idealised urban landscapes; inspired by city life, travels and the sensations of colour. Her signature style can be found in her candy hued street scenes and energetic urban vistas which evoke escapism. Capturing a moment in time. Having always lived in the city, she is inspired by the energy of its skyline, the stillness of architecture and the balance between land and sky. Emma has a keen interest inAmericana and​takes inspiration from artists Jasper Johns, Edward Hopper and Wayne Thiebaud. Emma has sold work globally and has collectors in the USA, England,Australia, Monaco, Cyprus and had work featured in the Hollywood Reporter. Emma creates happy, humorous, and uplifting works to take people on a journey to London and beyond. Emma’s painting “Monos” was selected for The Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy in 2022.
